Who Are You?

 

As a generalist intern, you will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, preparing promotional presentations, monitoring social platforms, and assisting the Sales and Marketing teams wherever possible. 

What will you do: 

  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends.
  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Gather information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
  • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
  • Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
  • Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
  • Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders. 

 

Your Background 

 

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing, business, or similar field.
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
  • Good understanding of the latest sales trends and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
