Who Are You? 

 

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Social Media Intern who will oversee our Facebook and Pinterest accounts! You will bring your creativity to life, curate engaging content, and elevate our brand presence online. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while making a real impact in ensuring we bridge the gap between product and representation. Apply now to be part of our growing business!"

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Researching historical and current trends on both Facebook and Pinterest.
  • Staying updated on social media trends and platform features to keep our content
    innovative and relevant.
  • Curating and creating visually appealing content for both Facebook and Pinterest
    platforms.
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and
    engagement.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business
    goals.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of special promotions or events through social
    media channels

 

Your Background 

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree (Marketing, Communications or a related field) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform content strategies.
  • Creativity and a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Previous experience managing social media accounts or running campaigns.
  • A portfolio showcasing social media content or examples of previous work.
    • Videography, photography, and editing skills

 

Subsidy Role Information

 

Subsidy roles require students to have an LA County based address, and be between the ages of 18-24 years old. Once you are placed in a subsidy eligible position you will be required to present the following documents to processed in a Youth Center (AJCC):

  1. Identification (School or State ID)

  2. Social Security Card (Please ensure that it is signed)

  3. Birth Certificate

  4. Proof of Los Angeles County Residency, including a postmarked date (Report Card, Transcripts, or any mail that is under the applicant’s name)

  5. Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination OR valid medical/religious exemption

  6. The Youth Center (AJCC) WILL BE PAYING YOU for 160 completed hours.

  7. You will be required to submit Timesheets to your YOUTH CENTER (AJCC) to be paid for your time worked.

NOTE IF YOU WERE ALREADY PLACED IN A SUBSIDY POSITION (ACADEMY/INTERNSHIP). YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO QUALIFY FOR SUBSIDY ROLES UNTIL JULY 1ST
