Who Are You? 

 

HopSkipDrive is looking for a CareDriver Support Specialist in this role, you will address user inquiries, troubleshoot website and app issues, provide omnichannel support, identify emerging issues, and contribute to content creation while aligning with brand values and policies.

  • Respond to a wide range of user questions quickly and clearly
  • Take ownership of solving user problems through effective probing
  • Troubleshoot our website and app (iPhone and Android)
  • Provide Omnichannel support via phone, email, text, and chat
  • Surface complex and emerging issues and suggest changes to improve our service
  • Contribute to our growing library of content, including macros and internal knowledge base
    articles
  • Provide solutions that align with HopSkipDrive’s brand purpose and policies

Position Summary

 

  • HopSkipDrive is looking for a CareDriver Support Specialist in this role, you will address user inquiries, troubleshoot website and app issues, provide omnichannel support, identify emerging issues, and contribute to content creation while aligning with brand values and policies.
    • Salary Range: $18 to $20/hr
