Who Are You?

 

FoundrSpace looking for a Sales/Marketing Intern who will be focused on following up with prospects interested in a membership with our space as well as supporting our existing members.

What will you do:

  • Follow up and reach out to prospects via phone, email, and in person

  • Give tours if needed and show the space to guests/visitors and answer their questions

  • Assist new members with getting signed up and on-boarded

  • Engage prospects online through social media outlets

  • Manage, track and report daily prospecting and lead generation activities 

  • Assist with sales using CRM tools such as Active Campaign

  • Help with any community or operations

 

Your Background

 

  • Must be friendly!

  • A good communicator, used to dealing with customers

  • Comfortable with providing sales support

  • Strong organization skills is a plus

  • Personable and not afraid to socialize and communicate with team members and community members.

  • Willingness and eagerness to learn new things, such as new programs, tools, or procedures. 

 

Subsidy Role Information

 

Subsidy roles require students to have an LA County based address, and be between the ages of 18-24 years old. Once you are placed in a subsidy eligible position you will be required to present the following documents to processed in a Youth Center (AJCC):

  1. Identification (School or State ID)

  2. Social Security Card (Please ensure that it is signed)

  3. Birth Certificate

  4. Proof of Los Angeles County Residency, including a postmarked date (Report Card, Transcripts, or any mail that is under the applicant’s name)

  5. Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination OR valid medical/religious exemption

  6. The Youth Center (AJCC) WILL BE PAYING YOU for 160 completed hours.

  7. You will be required to submit Timesheets to your YOUTH CENTER (AJCC) to be paid for your time worked.

NOTE IF YOU WERE ALREADY PLACED IN A SUBSIDY POSITION (ACADEMY/INTERNSHIP). YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO QUALIFY FOR SUBSIDY ROLES UNTIL JULY 1ST
