Who Are You? 

 

Looking for a hands-on experience that allows you to make a meaningful impact? We're hiring a resourceful People Operations Intern to support our team in driving continuous improvement and elevating the employee experience. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of strategic People projects that aim to enhance workplace culture, foster employee engagement, and empower managers to lead effectively. 

What you will do:

  • Support the design and delivery of programs and resources for managers to lead their teams effectively
  • Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to drive efficiencies and enhance the employee experience (including employee engagement and retention)
  • Conduct research regarding emerging trends in HR and analyze internal data to gather insights into best practices and help develop action plans
  • Collaborate with People team members to identify areas for improvement and drive alignment and integration of People initiatives with broader organizational goals
  • Provide support with administrative tasks, including responding to people-related inquiries, entering data into Workday, running reports, and conducting audits
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions to brainstorm ideas and solutions for continuous improvement

About You: 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR
  • Critical thinker who can analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and with accuracy
  • Students currently enrolled in degree/certification programs ending in 2025
